Pay When You Sell

It's simply, really. You book our services, we get the scoped work done and you list the property. When it sells, our commission is due. If you don't sell it for whatever reason, we don't charge you a dime.

Why do we do this?

You want us to deliver the best quality and the best service we can. Being committed to our clients' success is a great way to make them happy.

And the best way to become committed is to align our interests with those of our clients. We have to put all talent and expertise we've got into our work to keep making money. Just like you do.

This also drives evolution of our services to better address needs of all parties in the market as we're focused on the end goal rather than simply providing services.

There are, of course, some cases where we will still be offering traditional quote-based services. As our model is primarily tuned for the mass residential market of Lower Mainland, we can't apply it all kind of properties and projects.

So, for example, for properties with historically difficult sales or commercial properties that can take significant amount of time to close the deal on, or high-end luxury homes, simply contact us for a quote and we will be happy to help!
